Cleanse - Superfood
I am fasting doing the
Dr. Schulze 's Superfood. This is my 3rd day. I had tried twice before doing the MC, but failed miserably. So, you girls out there have my admiration!
I begin my day with juice from my juicer mixed with 2 tablespoons of the Superfood. I take it again with water at noon and then juice at night with the Superfood. I am also taking Formula #1 from
Dr. Schulze . I also take a B&P shake in the morning and water with a few drops of the cayenne tincture. The most amazing thing to me are my bowel movements. It's a lot and I have no idea where it's all coming from. I would think I just had a lot of buildup if I had not taken #1 and the B&P shakes, but I have done a lot of both of them! The Superfood has a lot of protein and is so packed full of nutrients I feel like my body is in shock from all that healthy stuff! I am also drinking water, water, water.
I am doing much better on this than I did with the MC. It's still tough, though! Yesterday I had a headache. I woke up with it and went to bed with it, but I did survive.
I survived cooking for my sweet husband, but that was tough, too.
Yesterday, I also woke up with a zit on my face! Yuk! Today it's gone. I am back to being cute. Ha
The positive effects are I am thinking so much clearer. Yesterday I got a ton of work done with time to spare. I also feel calmer. The only time I really get hungry is when I smell food or walk in the kitchen. I guess that is what my brain has gotten used to.
I plan on staying on this as long as I can. With Lent season here, no one questions too much what I am doing. It really has nothing to do with Lent, but more about better health!
Superfood is good for you. It tastes like spinach to me, but that's ok. If you have problems with the MC, try this!
