Day 9 1/2 one more day to go...

Then with a three day wind-down I can start eating gently...(Learned the easy way...from reading about other people's painful experiences breaking the fast improperly)...

Today was the first time I had a BM without the salt-water flush. I did have both the dandelion tea and the Smooth Move last night, perhaps that did the trick. When I did do the salt water, an intersting 1/4 rope thing came out...could have been fecal matter...also I have noticed that I have been getting more solid matter out in the last two days...don't know whether it is because I started using the laxative teas like I was supposed to, or because it is just that time in the fast...it is pretty amazing since I haven't had anything solid to eat since the Monday morning before last...

I started adding Clarkia to my routine the day before...with just two glasses with one drop each to test the waters...went to three drops three times a day yesterday and seemed fine, and plan on doing 5 drops 3 times today...

I was wondering if anyone knew what the stringy things are that are coming out. They look like pulp that wasn't digested, but I strain my drink through my teeth and spit out the pulp, and even if I drank all my pulp, it wouldn't add up to that much.

I have lost 14 pounds in the 9 days using four teaspoons of syrup per glass of lemonade...I started at 245 and I am down to 231 as of this morning. Do you lose any weight in the wind-down period?
