It sounds like you're feeling pretty miserable for one reason or another. If you wouldn't mind elaborating on what it is that is the matter (is it a physical problem or a mental thing like agoraphobia ) perhaps then you can receive some very helpful info from the terrific members on the forums.

Is it a physical (i.e. bowel?) problem and you're a bit embarrassed to talk about?. No need to be embarrassed, most members here (or should I say perhaps most people?) have something not going quite the way it should with the bowels resulting in all sorts of physical problems.

Don't hesitate to write, and also, read the forums, read the symptoms section on the homepage, about the different cleanses, and ask questions here on the forums. Only then can we give you info that gets you in the right direction.
