Nathan - obviously this is a tough case. At this point it is VERY tough. But you've shown that there is hope because you've done things and have seen results.

Take a look at Dr. Schulze 's incurables program (link above to schulze) and try to see what you think is applicable and do as much of it as you can/want.

Take a look at what has worked and what hasn't - and get rid of what hasn't. Clog up the tube with stuff that works!
