I'm not sure if Agnes, Bob or others recommend this, but....
Have you ever heard of Natural Progesterone? It has really helped me with pre-menopausal symptoms. There are a lot of people selling it out there, so beware who is selling crap. You want the 1000 mg micronized progesterone USP. I researched this stuff down to the bone and the best I have found is Dr. Helen Pensanti's ProHelp Creme. You can order it off her website which I am not sure I am allowed to post here (do google search) or get it at your local health food store. I get it cheaper at the store. It helps with a multitude of Pre, during and post menopause problems. Many women have gone off hormone replacement therapy with this creme. Give it a chance to work too. I'm sure there are other good creme's, but I trust this one. Tweet
