IF anyone can help, i'm a little confused with this diet. It says you need flaxseed oil AND flaxseed. The thing is, it says that it is hard to find these products in the US. But then towards the bototom of the webpage it says this can do more harm than good if taken with the wrong food. It also says the best combination is cottage cheese and linseed oil. Can somebody please tell me what it is i need to know and what to leave out? Also, are these products hard to find? thanks a lot.
