Hi - I was wondering, even if you take all these vitamins and herbs and all, what about if you're not absorbing them? how would you even know? I understand liquid vitamins are best for absorbtion. But you can't get all the vit's you need that way, can you? I read about the flushes, and don't think I have the "guts" to do that just yet, so is there any particular herb or whatever a person can take to make sure they ARE absorbing all these herbs and all - otherwise you're just wasting your money!
