eczema nothing is working

june of 2002 i did The Master Cleanse along with an herbal liver cleanse, within three days my hands were red, itching, cracking and hot to the touch. I was told that i had eczema. Since i have done The Master Cleanse 4 times (9 days, and 3 14 day)with little relief to no relief. after the second cleanse i did a liver cleanse. still no noticable signs of relief. I have tried every cream that has been recommended-most of them burns and does little for the itching.
today my whole body is broke out with severe dryness, cracking and skin loss on my feet and hands. Also there are white hard knots under the skin of my feet that itch uncontrobably.
i have never had eczema before, I assume the two cleanses together indicates that I was a carryer and brought it to the surface to fast.
please help i can no longer open my hands completly unless the skin breaks open and it is to painful to stand. recently my feet have become swollen and soreness is traveling up my left leg.
