Re: Knees-I have same problem!

Hi - I have similar problems with my knees. Pain in the joints and the bone on the side of the knee. It started about a yr. ago, and also seems to effect my left heel as well. I have been told all sorts of things! Arthritis, or need for calcium (which even though I've done, it doesn't seem to help), - I don't know, - I hope someone gets back to you, I need this help too!
