Hey Raider - you only need to do the 5x per day for 5 days. You'll have a bit left over which you can use the next time you get gas!
The only thing special is PLAN. Make sure your time is budgeted because you want to give yourself 30 min to 1 hr after taking IF2 until you take any tinctures, etc. as they can be absorbed.
