Need advice after unsuccesful "in vitro"

Hi everyone,

I'm posting this message to get possible help for a great friend of mine.
She had a car accident about 7-8 years ago, she almost died, and as a result of her injuries (besides that she can not feel any kind of smell anymore) she can not get pregnant as her ovaries and all that area are constantly infected. She had numerous surgeries, finally one of the ovaries was removed.
Last year they tried "in vitro" procedure and the result was nothing but a bunch of cysts in her ovary.
I feel so sorry for her, she is only 28 and all she wants is a baby... If anyone has idea what to do or had been in a same situation and somehow found solution, please help.
They have just started the paperwork for adopting a baby, but it takes a long time so meantime they are ready to try anything to have their own...
