ok me and my fiancee have had sex a lot and we were both tested and we both are clear so we started to have unprotected sex to try and start a family well he has ejaculated inme several times and i haven't gotten pregnant could this be a problem or is it true that you should lay down at least 20 minutes for a better chance to conceive if you can please help before i go through with test witha doctor Tweet
