Chronic Abdominal Pain

I am in the process of my first liver cleanse and cannot believe all the Gallstones I am dropping. It is absolutely amazing!!!!! I have chronic abdominal pain under my left rib cage that radiates to my low to mid back. It is extremely annoying and uncomfortable. I have had a multitude of tests including scans, ultrasounds, blood work and everything has come back negative. I have also had five attacks in the last year and a half where the pain becomes knife stabbing, just unbearable with continuous vomiting and diarrhea. I'm scared as to what it is but all the testing has been negative. Do you think this Liver Cleansing will help me of my problem? At this point anything is worth a try and I truly am amazed so far.
