Hello. I was just exploring your website and was wondering if someone has the answer to this question: If it is true and the connection between high cholesterol and heart disease is exagerrated, then what percent of people with heart disease have high cholesterol? And what percent of people with high cholesterol develop heart disease. These statistics should be helpful to people who are trying to decide whether to take cholesterol-lowering drugs.
I have looked at the statistics at the American Heart Association but find them misleading.
