Hello, I'm a healthy 35 year old guy that exercises and eats well and just got word that my cholesterol is very high (350 total).
I've done a lot of research and can't seem to find a means to decrease my cholesterol - except by going on medication. The food I eat apparently makes up 10-20% of the cholesterol count and my body makes the rest. Actually, I've had great difficulty in understanding how the body "creates" cholesterol.
I read this , and other, sites about the Liver Flush and how you can get rid of lots of stones that are filled with cholesterol.
Can anyone comment on this? Is my liver filled to the brim with cholesterol rocks? I'd especially like to hear from people if they have had their cholesterol checked before and after the cleanse.
