Hi Underweight, I've undergone several colonics and didn't loes any weight. Make sure you check out the practioner and equipment before you start. See my conversation with StarBrite a couple of pages back on this forum.

I didn't start losing weight until I improved my diet and cut out the fat, but I'm opposite from you, I could lose another 30 lbs.
