Re: urgently in need of help

i lived in like this for many years going from euphoria to depression, mostly Depression ha ha !!! yes i can laugh at it now as it compelled me to seek deeper answers to dive into the ocean so to speak and leave the dual waves on the surface of life.my pain was my greatest teacher the prod to remember that i was not choosing wisely.
this altered my quest in life to become more spiritual and rise above the duality of this life where every joy is balanced by an equal sorrow. I now seek to find the bliss that is beyond duality, deep within our very own Being itself.
i encourage you to search for it through any technique of meditation/ sense introversion that you resonate with and let the tears become those of joy!
