I have recently come upon this set of sites which I have found to contain much material which is similar in concept and scope to my own inner knowing. However, as is the case with most visionaries -- a vision is channeled thru the perceptions and belief system (or paradigm) of the visionary. Few visionaries are able to be pure channels. It is like a person who anticipates your question or direction and gives an answer or goes ahead and does something without hearing/seeing the entire message -- or perhaps like someone who hears the words but lacks knowledge of the subtleties of the words and therefore misinterprets ... Several of the meditations presented on at least two of the sites appear exceedingly clear most of the time. I have included an excerpt from this particular meditation as it relates to your post regarding raising one's vibration. It addresses the idea of our creating the world to come ... The voice of the meditations is somewhat childlike in its exhuberance and repetitive (perhaps some might say poetic) which might be annoying to some. I hope that this does not interfere with one's ability to hear the truth that they hold.
