While out and about I did breathe deeply and feel the energy move through my vertical axis and connect me to the stable ground and my Higher Self - it gave me temporary relief. Feels like I almost want to feel this anxiety - we humans are very odd.
But - I just did as Rudy suggested and wrote a full page. Whew - it just flowed out of me and now I feel WAY better! (thanks Rudy)
I'm going to do your Chakra exercise now and see if I can't get totally cool and collected and connected!
