Dream, Prayer, or Meditation

I woke up this morning and had this knowing speak to me...
If we want to get our prayer or meditation life right we can get our breating right...think on nothingness but what was was added to me when I awoke was to add... imagine ourselves as weightless.....
Does anyone else ever get these quiet little knowings that spring up from your unconsciousness to your consciousness?

I am going to try it this morning in my prayers. : )
