I don't think there's anyone here who knows enough about Traditional Chinese Medicine to be able to tell you what to do. Where do you live? I have a book from Golden Flower Chinese Herbs that is located in Placitas, New Mexico. There are alot of good rememdies in the book, but you would have to find someone who knows how to diagnose you according to TCM. I can give you their number if you want it, and maybe they can connect you with someone who has experience and knowledge.
