I had VERY successful flushes. I think you could click on my name on the Liver Flush Forum and most of my flushes are posted. If not, please let me know and I will make sure you can read them. I have forgotten exactly how many flushes I did, but I'm sure it's posted somewhere on this website. My first flush produced this solid, long green rope and it scared me so badly I thought I had passed my intestines. Ha But the more flushes I did, the easier they got. I was soon a pro at flushing! You will be, too. I promise!
I used the 1/2 cup of olive oil with 1/2 freshly juiced grapefruit juice. I always used exactly the amount of Epsom Salts she says to use.
