Re: first timer - scared

Hi Barbrae, I just got done doing my first liver cleanse. I have Gallstones the dr wanted to take the gallbladder out,but I don't think so. I tried the cleanse, I felt sick after drinking the epson salt and grapefruit. You might feel crappy for about four hours, but seeing those stones in the water. Told me it was all worth it. And thats alot better than an operation. Everything is worth alittle discomfort for feeling so much better afterwards. I can't wait to do my next flush and see all those Pretty GREEN STONES.
