BIG QUESTION

Do you know if the stones that are going to be expelled are all released from the liver and gallbladder during the night or do you think more keep coming out of the liver in the morning?

If so do you think this keeps happening and when we eat it stops this process?

Like I guess what I am asking is it better to hold off eating longer in the morning to get better results?
I have not gone BM yet this morning but I think its on its way..
