Give me your results from GCG

I have been taking cold coin grass for about 4 days now and I cant tell if I am getting any real results. My stool has been really hard but today I took one of my Colon Cleanse pills and I have had a lot of stool out today but is there something I should belooking for or does it just take time. I am doing a flush tomorrow will I get results then???
