Re: Low blood pressure

Hi Tracey! See, there isn't much eh? I went back to Liver Forum #9 to the post about heart papitations. I noticed you and a lot of people posted. Paint lady posted about increasing the iron intake and I think that's my problem. Blood test always show it to be low, but the supplements don't raise it up. As she posted there are different kinds of iron. An old doc I had said that the majority of the population is walking around with low iron. Probably women are worse with our periods. Anyway I don't have what she suggested to take yet, but I've taken blackstrap molasses till I get to the store. Oh, and you are so an angel, we always look forward to hearing from you!

PS. I will try the Sea Salt after I try the iron. Even if I switch to it in cooking. Do you use it? I was a little confused in the grocery store with iodized salt and pickling salt and then there was iodized Sea Salt ??????
