*oh yeah, I keep meaning to say that I bet we'll see all this cleansing stuff go mainstream within the next couple of years...when I was at my mom's place I was watching Jay Leno and he made a comment that his musician guy (Kev) was on a 'liquid fast'...on Day7 or something like that! (maybe he's posted here! haha) I had to chuckle. I bet we'll be seeing this everywhere now!
