Because of the articles I have added psyllium to my daily diet. Took my first dose last night. Almost made me gag. It's not that the taste is bad it's the thickness towards the bottom of the cup. Weird how it didn't do that when I was taking the p&b shakes. I wonder if the clay keeps it from thickening so fast.
I also decided to add some linoelic acid supplements to my diet. I was supposed to be doing that already but reading that it might prevent more Gallstones was all it took to motivate me.
I thought the amount of fat needed per day was interesting. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't 10 grams about 1\4 a cup of fat? No way I was getting that much olive oil when I was on my low fat diet. No wonder I developed so many stones. I was maybe getting 2-3 tablespoons of oil per day. Plus I used to do a lot of juice fasting. Did I ever screw up my body! Only good point is that with all that juice I apparently kept my bowels pretty clean.
