Re: First Flush

Somewhere in Dr. Clarks book (sorry I can't remember what page) she says that some folks do not get stones on the first flush but they do after that. I think she said it was a sign of a congested liver. Also lots of folks have to run to the bathroom right after they take the oil drink and we almost always have stones show the next day. Did you pass any type of foul smelling diarrhea the next day? Any weird or unusual colors? Sometimes you will just clear out a lot of old bile. I even had bile that smelled of yeast during one flush. This time my bile smelled like meat even though I hadn't had meat in three days. Not suprising considering the amount of meat I sometimes eat. Weird non the less.

Don't be discouraged, try again in two weeks. Or if you are up to it go ahead and try again this week. If your abdomen is sore at all I would wait though.
