I have been doing 2 b&p shakes a day..once in morning and once at night....I stop the drinks during the liver cleanse.

At my work...I drink fresh bottled water all day...easily 1/2 my body weight in ounces.

After my last cleanse when I blew out all that bile....the following day I drank my usual 100 ozs of water and I urinated very little all day...at night I weighed myself and I had gained 7 lbs....but the next day things returned back to normal....now I can't stop peeing which I think is good because I am flushing things out.

I think I was retaining the water because if my liver was now working properly...it may have wanted the extra water to flush out my cells....now days later my weight is back down the 7 lbs and my kidneys are flowing very well. Tweet
