Hey, in about 10 minutes I may be doing something I shouldn't. I am making my first batch of Kombucha tea from a culture I purchased online. Anyway, the only type of pan that I have to boild my tea in is stainless steel. I dont have anything else except for aluminum. I read some places that stainless steel can be used to brew the tea. I am making it in a few minutes and hope I don't kill the bacteria?
