The dialogue is that the liver is probably implicated in these floaters. However I don't know how you can clear them out of the vitreous. It seems to be a closed system with no blood flow, so how do you clean it out of floaters? I would think an analogy would be dumping oil in a bucket of water. Once it's there, it's there for good is it not?
