I believe I have the best Coral Cal Mag as it is in its original form and ground to 2 microns. It is mixed in a liquid such as water and goes into the bloodstream quickly. Some believe that Vitamin D should be added. I feel that a few minutes outdoors provides all the Vitamin D that is needed.

I have used this formula since November 2002. I was reliant on the bowell program for many years, and after 3 months on this product I'm like I was at age 3.
