Re: Rooibos tea

My Dr. found that I had a urinary tract infection and of course wrote out a prescription for Antibiotics . I need probiotics not the opposite so I looked in Heinerman's encyclopedia of Juices Teas and Tonics to find a natural remedy and found that Yerba Mate tea was recommended. The Yerba Mate I got (Guayaki) also contains rooiboos so I was excited to try it. Someone at a Health Show had told me that rooiboos was 5X better than green tea in effectiveness against cancer. I don't know if it's helping or it's just the extra fluid going thru but it's enjoyable. Tweet
