Okay, this post is almost a month late, but I did not know there was a tea forum...I am a huge tea addict lol...won't be able to have it while I am on the MC, but hey? may as well talk about it & look forward to having it again when I am off.....

Maybe my post can get this forum more active again?

Sleeping tea hey? well, I have trouble sleeping lots...I use a few teas & find them all nice..I use sleepytime tea by Celestial Seasonings, the Tension Tamer is also good too, I also use a Bedtime tea by Yogi Tea, that one is quite nice I find. Another one is a Relaxing Tea by San Fransisco Herb & Natural Food Co. That is a good one too I think....All in all, I use these, also use good ol' natural cammomile too...I buy the flowers dried & bulk & make tea out of it & use it in my baths too...do the same for rose as well :) it's all good.
