I have taken the M****tech products for three years with excellant results. My general health has improved, no more migranes and I sleep better. My husband also has seen results with stomach problems-they no longer exist. My son was 3 in November and has only gone to the doctor one time(if I had been better educated on the products he would not have gone that time). My daughter is 30mths old and has never needed to go to the doctor. We believe that you need to take the 4 main products to acheive the full bebefits and have optimal health.
