About some help for a newbie....

Does anyone knows if there are some " clinic" or centers to fast in a safely manner?
I have been taking Clarkia in the past, and I got these tiny, very itchy pimplesall over my body....was it normal?
Do we have do fast for 2 weeks to get some results?
I am a bit scare to do this ( never done it before ), Any suggestions?
