I've been using detox patches for a while now and like others who have actually tried them, I've noticed the benefits.

One thing I've observed is that there are good patches and there are patches that have no effect (well not on me anyway). However, all detox patches will change colour regardless of whether you feel better or not. I believe the change in colour is caused by a reaction between the moisture in the form of sweat and the ingredients in the patch. The colour of the patch is an indication that the patches are working and does not represent the colour of toxins. Having said that I have seen patches with blood stains, which is pretty scary.

However, its important to realise that the function of a good quality detox patches is to allow the body's own detox system to work better, which allows more toxins to be released through sweat, urination and faeces.

If you want a good detox patch, I would recommend patches that are only made in Japan. These include places like:

All three places sell exactly the same patches, but prices vary.

Finally, if anyone knows where to get my patches tested, I would be most appreciative. I know they work, but I'm curious to know what has been absorbed into the patches. Tweet
