A great deal of toxins came out. Heavy metals and fat (yes, fat). I got mine from www.planetpinas.com, bought bodypure too. Both is great. Got my free footpads from manufacturer in Japan though :-)

I avoid detox footpads from Korea. After 3 nights of Korean footpads, my foot and head hurt and stopped after I switched to planetpinas. It wasn't only me, my friend had same symptoms too. Sometimes I wonder what kind of stuff they put in the Korean footpads..Is it bad wood vinegar? Has anyone else experienced this?
