I have used the hydrotherapy during both...really depends on the individual. I use the healing bath he recommends...fill the tub with warm/hot water, drink some tea that enhances perspiration, (ginger, yarrow, peppermint) sweat a bit and rinse off with cool water. If a fever is present, I would decide as to how high it was, and skip the bath if 103 or over and just do the tea and then a tepid shower.
