Essiac is combination of Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrel, Slippery Elm and Rhubarb Root. I have never seen the proportions...I buy packets in the "correct proportions" from Herbalhealer.com. I've taken it off and on for two years. I can't say I had major change in my health but I haven't had a major problem with my health (only small health concerns).
