Personally, I am not a vegetarian because it's important for me to have a variety in my diet. And I stress - This is a personal choice only each of us can make.
However, I do limit my intake of meat. I love salmon and it is so rich in the essential fatty acids so I usually eat it once a week. Then I read where they are now farming it, which means pumping the poor things with Antibiotics and God-only-knows what else. It's discouraging, isn't it?
The same with chicken. Try to find a free-range chicken. And then get out your wallet. So we do the best we can, listen to our inner guide, be aware, and be happy knowing we're doing the best we can. And I know you are!
