Re: Glucosamine - What is the best source

Check out the Jan '02 issue of Comsumer Reports. They did a full comparison of Glucosamine & Chondroitin products. It is very good! They compared costs, whether the pill actually had in it what the label said, most effective dosage, etc., They concluded that Puritan's Pride brand was the best for your money, which is what I now take. It's a mail order vitamin company. Your public library should have a copy of that Comsumer Reports issue.
