Re: a true cure and its not expensive
White Distilled Vinegar has worked for me as well. I used it to get rid of a blister-type foot fungus, but it had the side effect of also getting rid of toenail fungus I'd had for years- as long as I remember. The fourth and fifth toenails on both feet have always been thick and gross.
My method was different than carechild's and given to me from a girl who'd studied natural remedies in Ireland. I soaked my feet in vinegar for about twenty minutes. Altogether, I've only done this four times in the past year. The blistery, unidentified foot fungus keeps coming back, but my toenails have become absolutely normal. I was so surprised!
By the way, has anyone ever heard about this blister-type fungus? There is no pain or itch as long as the blisters are allowed to go their course and dry up and heal on their own. But if one gets broken, the whole area inflames, gets painful and sensitive, and takes a few weeks to heal. It goes away if I visit northern climates like Canada. But I first contracted it in Northern California, and it likes the sub-tropics very much.
