Thanks Hermit.Yes I was asking about his full flush,Followed to the letter it seems prety intense,I was wondering how intense.It doesnt sound like it was too bad for you.tom told me it was prety intense so I was concerned.
I have been drinking alot of detox tea & have been adding D-tox tincture for the first time this week,im trying various aspects but havnt got into the full flush yet.the tincture is strong & intense,last night I thought i was going to have an attack because I had some of the symptoms but they were mild & never turned into an attack.Ive built up to about 3 droperfulls of tincture a day so far.The flush calls for 15 a day for 5 days-very intense because of how I reacted to the first day with just one.Anyways,thanks for your input.
