Snoring

I hate to admit it, but I started snoring about 10 years ago. My poor husband couldn't sleep either. I felt terrible. I thought it was because I gained a few pounds.

Well, I can proudly say I don't snore anymore. Something at my old workplace was causing my throat to close up and I wasn't even aware of it.

We move to another state. Moved into a new house. And changed occupations. After we had moved, in about 2 weeks. I never snored again! Later I learned that snoring is caused by toxins that a person is allergic to. Sometimes it is the deodorant, shampoo, wallpaper.
It would take a process of elimination to find out.
