Herbal remedies for possible nerve damage from a fall n

Hi,My broth-inlaw took a fall off a roof,landed on his butt.About 14 feet.Did some back & neck damage.maybe pinched nerve.Had some surgery but it hasnt helped much.He`s having trouble holding on to things with his hands and experiencing numbness in his arms & legs.seems to have nerve damage.Anything herbal that may help.?????Thanks,Jim Tweet
