open sores under breast

I have for the past 2 years on and off, more on get a open sore under mainly my right breast. It starts off as a lump, then it opens to a pus and blood sore. I have been told by countless docs that is excessive sweating and bacteria. No help has been obtained in 2 years please help me!!
