Re: APPLE FAST

Hi T,

I've been using granny smiths, gala and braeburn...couldn't find most of the recommended variety and I don't like delicious much. Yea...I'm really surprised by how quickly this is stirring things up...no signs of a cold or flu bug so I'm sure it's the apples. I've also been drinking a lot of hot tea to help with the cold...spiced it up with some ginger or hot pepper to raise the heat a bit. We're expecting a snow storm any minute so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the temp doesn't drop too much...BRRRR!

I'm planning on flushing tomorrow night...provided I don't feel too bad. I'm working tomorrow, too...at least I can give myself a colonic which should help. If I don't flush tomorrow...then Sunday. The shoulder pain could certainly be from tension...I hold a lot of it there. Another possibility is the malic acid is doing its thing in my gallbladder...the GB meridian crosses the top of the shoulder. I also just learned that the gallbladder is the ruler of decisions... very interesting!

LOL...Stonehedge has already been hot on my trail on the Political forum!
