It's an attempt to reconcile quantum physics with the phenomenological world, the world of our senses, by drawing parallels between QP and transactional psychology. Basically, Wilson attempts, very successfully, to make the reader aware of a basic "truth", What you see with your eyes open and closed are the same things...your brain programs in operation.
Understanding and intergrating these ideas give you a sense of nonduality, that is, that we're not seperate from our environment in any sense other than in our thought processes, our conditioned reality tunnels.
